I've been tweeting all the Glasgow Food News I come across using #GlasgowFoodNews, so I thought I should do a roundup of what's happening around Glasgow here too: 

Pazzo in Shawlands has closed down (as of 19 March 2017). Owned by the same folk who have Black Dove next door, they did post on facebook to say they would be re-opening again as something different soon, but that facebook page has now been deleted so I can't screenshot it for you.

I'd heard a few rumours that the folk behind Ox & Finch were opening on Miller Street and from their recent tweet looking for staff for a new place, it seems like that might be coming true.  Is Miller Street the new Argyle Street?

Rio Cafe in the West End is closing down after 2 April 2017. After that, it'll be new owners, a new look and a new name. Read more over on their facebook page.  

Julie's Malaysian Kitchen is opening in Shawlands. She's taking over the space vacated by Cafe Strange Brew when they move over the road in April/May. 

Speaking of the south side, MalaCarne is opening their own place in Mount Florida

And another couple of new openings include Southside Roasters and MarchtownMamafubu are opening a second location where The Salisbury/Cookie was.
