Hi.

Welcome to The Glasgow Food Blog. I love Glasgow, and I love food. It's a match made in heaven.

A mini update

A mini update

Happy Friday! It's been a little while between posts so I just wanted to give a quick update about what's been happening and what's coming up!

In February, I started working for Dear Green Coffee Roasters as their part-time marketing manager. This has been a super fun role and I've learned a tonne about coffee. I'll be writing some posts about my at home coffee adventures so stay tuned! I was also lucky enough to do the Specialty Coffee Association Barista Skills at work so now I know how to pull the perfect espresso - just don't ask about my latte art. I always wanted to be a barrister and a barista so now I can tick that off my life bucket list (in Australia I was a lawyer before I moved to Scotland!).

I'm still working freelance as well, doing digital marketing, SEO and writing projects across Glasgow and Scotland. I love the variety that freelance life brings and I've got a few blog posts on my freelance business website coming over the next week weeks.

Other than that, life has been keeping me pretty busy so I had to put the blog on the backburner for a while. But over the next few weeks I'll be writing about my recent trip to Jura with Jura Whisky, lunch at Nonya and a new southside haunt for me and Joffrey, Phillies

Stay tuned!
